Not long ago I chose to have my name evaluated by a Chaldean Astro-numerologist. It was a blast — a blast of elemental air into my energetic process around what to do now.

In a very concrete way, it helped me figure out what my new business name might be and how to refer to myself by name. In a more elemental way, it was what I needed to start thinking differently about my Star, my choices and my themes for the coming year: 2023.

Melanie = 24/6 : Kim = 7 : Brockwell = 33/6

Together they equal 19/10/1

Here’s what the reader has to say about that:

19 is one of the most fortunate and favourable of all numbers. It is called the “Prince of Heaven” and is symbolized by the sun. 19 symbolizes victory over all disappointment and temporary failure. Then, of course, there is the 10/1 to consider:

Would it surprise you to know that my birthdate numerology is almost identical? I’m a 28/10 in some numerological readings and a 28/10/1 in others.

There is much more content to discover in this number collective but I am here concerned with how my decision to explore with an expert (self-proclaimed) has added to the work I am already doing (with my divine coordinates and the Resonance Institute and elsewhere).

Before I do that, I wanted to add that my initial reading, which did not include my middle name, added up to a most un.fortunate number. It’s a number echoed all over the place for me: 12/3. The same numerology, in fact, as my (then) business name as well as an older business name from 2014 and my day of birth number among others.

You have to be alert with the number 12. This number is complicated. On the one hand, it represents acquiring great knowledge and strength, which may lead to making a
fortune. On the other hand, there’s an equally strong tendency to be a victim – for you to volunteer to suffer for a purpose.

I went back to number twelve again and again to be certain it wasn’t something I needed to stick with and I found this:

Shifting to the root 3, there is more:

It goes on to say that I’m able to let go of past hurts easily and see possibilities from a birds-eye view and “reboot”. That I recognise the bright side in all things and mix well with all people. That I am born to inspire as I cast a spell “just by being delightful” — my North coordinate is Divine Light and delightful was one of the first words that made itself known to me. It says that my spontaneity and effortless ability to connect with anyone blend together with my natural charm and personal magnetism to relax and disarm all whom I encounter.

It also points out that my “deep ideal” is my major driver and everything comes down to that truth. That I won’t let people give evasive answers (I’m thinking of John, here) and I can immediately spot a lie (which is only true if we’re talking about people lying to themselves or about themselves in deep communication but otherwise I am shit at telling if someone is telling the truth and I just have to believe everything people say).

There are challenging expressions associated with 3s, too.

Their tendency to scatter and go offtrack results in wasted energies when they are tired and out of alignment. They can delay or dilute the impact of their divine mission if they don’t learn how to focus and specialize in one direction at a time. Vacillation can lead to indecision or going on tangents for hours, days, or weeks at a time.

Other challenges include, I get distracted and have difficulty completing tasks. I get bored easily if not engaged intellectually and creatively. I dislike the idea of responsibility to self and others preferring to play and have fun, especially when I’m disorganised. I can get lazy about practicing and devloping my gifts.

I believe in permissibilty — which is awfully close to Allowing, my South energy.

I can be wise and philosophical followed by wit and humour all while abdicating discipline.

One of 3’s lessons is to persevere steadfastly with their goals…

Somehow, I knew that coming to terms with (what does that mean in allowing?) being a 12/3 energy was in the cards one way or the other. Even if I decided to change my business name to a more fortunate number and to use the full spelling of my birth name which equals 19/10/1, there’s no avoiding the influence or role of 12/3 since it is in my birth date. Twice!

Which brought me back to all the work I’m doing in Divine Navigation™️ with my coordinates, and how setting myself a high resolution goal just won’t land with allowing in my south. The same goes for the Resonance Institute™️, where I’m not able to share my struggles b/c I can’t locate my experiences that way. I had a lot of ruminating and alchemical imagination work to ponder, and that excites me!

I do love to process, to allow the universe of what-is to bring forth whatever needs to be-come visible to me. It’s the only thing going on for me, most of the time. It’s how I see what’s happening, through the lens of awakening to spirit-ual evidence, and opening to the new-ness available in my business reinvention is no exception.

So, using my incomplete name was out and I needed to change my business name, which I was going to do anyway, but to what? I did not like the suggestions made by Ms Gabreille; Meetaphoracle and Metaphorracle. If I was going to do things differently then I wanted to head in a completely new direction.

I wrote down all the words of influence that resonate with me. I revisited the Chariot and Kabbalah and consulted some of the writings for guidance. I looked at the business names of people I know to be successful and checked out their Chaldean numerology. I consulted dreamscapes and meditative states for inklings of inclinations. Then I came back to the words to see if anything had changed.

I did readings and pendulum swings and all manner of divinations but the message was consistently unavailable. Instead, I was instructed to wait and that the answer I sought is within me, nobody could tell me or guide me in this pursuit; I am alone. I am the expert of this stage in my life choices. I am not behoven to anybody else’s ideas on what is necessary, what is useful or what is next. That’s what came up. That’s how I was led through this dynamic of business name choosing.

Eventually, I realised the confirmation would come the way it manifests with everything else in my life; after the fact. You see, no matter how much I prepare by being centred on meditation and food and choices and what-have-you, there seems to be a pattern of going through it and then, and only then, finding out what it was I just went through — a solar eclipse, a sensory overload atuned to a natural disaster, a hormonal cycle, a galactic portal opening and closing without warning, a healing procedure and so on.

Realising this (or remembering, more rightly) I started to put more stock in what was coming up for me instead of what was being sent for me in the universe of signs and symbols and comfirmation emails (a la dreamscapes and visions, per se), and that’s when I noticed how I kept coming back to ‘Unicorns and Donuts’.

I had no idea why. It doesn’t mean anything logically but I couldn’t shake how the words made me feel — like a playful kid again who had total freedom to express and be wherever I am. So I went with it… after I checked that the numbers are sound:

Unicorns 32/5 and 10/1 Donuts 29/11/2 = 8

8 represents making visions (messages from spirit) real, bringing them to Earth, and materializing them into goods that can be exchanged for money.

8 is aligned with business, in that this vibration takes a vision (spirit), and a product or service (matter), puts it out into the world (enterprise), and in return receives payment for that product or service. This is one of the core spiritual and human energy exchanges to life… Both the spiritual and material realms represented by the number 8 are necessary to experience fulfillment and abundance.

For now, the business can be 8. I have a feeling I’m not done with that adventure just yet. And my full name comes to 19/10/1, the Prince of Heaven, the Sun and Instant Manifestation which makes total sense considering how quickly I manage to tune into things and turn them around PLUS there’s my connection with Thoth, with the Chariot, with St Germain, with Divine Light, with being a Deva Avatar and the Light Circle Being. All of which centre on the Sun.
